As lead designer, independently delivered end-to-end ID + CMF design, followed mass-production implementation and optimization, and liaised with cross-functional teams across product, stacking, imaging, quality, and procurement. Launched with strong market feedback: 4.7/5 appearance score on India's FK, outperforming rivals. "Roman Green" CMF repositioned the series and attracted female users. Shortlisted for 2023 IF Design Award and won 2023 EPDA Award.
